Our client in Dundas is looking for an experience service/Warranty Advisor to join their growing team.

This position requires someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

- You will provide support to technicians in the shop and field

- Liaison with customers and technicians regarding repairs

- Create service orders and input data into service software

- Handle all documentation for warranty and process warranty claims

- Provide quotes on repairs

- Look up parts and pricing

- Assist the service team when needed

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills

- Attention to detail

- Someone familiar with a service shop environment

- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS office

- Team oriented

- Requires a valid Ontario driver’s license

- Previous experience working in a similar role within the heavy-duty truck & transportation or heavy equipment repair industry.

Compensation:





- Market-competitive salary: $56k - $60k/yr
