Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in creating customer and public documentation, including user guides and product descriptions.
- Experience working closely with design and business/marketing teams to ensure documentation aligns with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Familiarity with a 'Docs-as-Code' workflow, authoring content in Markdown and managing updates via a version-controlled repository.
- Ability to manage the delivery of documentation to a web-based product portal using Static Site Generators.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with tools such as Markdown, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Static Site Generators (e.g., Docusaurus).
- Technical experience in the Telecom and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).




- Ability to independently coordinate with technical teams to capture required details and drive projects to completion.
