Your primary function will involve the design and execution of extensive testing plans, ensuring that all systems meet rigorous internal and external standards. Analyze test data and troubleshoot any issues, while collaborating closely with engineering teams to drive improvements. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and oversee testing protocols for recent products • Conduct failure mode investigations and assessments • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights • Document validation processes and results for engineering teams • Ensure compliance with all safety and testing standards

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field • Minimum of 3 years testing experience • Expertise in SolidWorks and data acquisition systems • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Knowledge of cooling technology preferred
