Responsibilities
Provide on-site support, de-escalation and crisis response for residents Support daily living skills: budgeting, meal planning, appointments, tenancy Maintain accurate shift notes and incident documentation Uphold harm reduction and trauma-informed practice in every interaction What you bring
Required
Diploma in social work, human services, addictions or equivalent experience Experience in shelter, housing or residential support settings Current First Aid/CPR, or willingness to train Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
