We are seeking an experienced Administrative/Customer Service Clerk to join our client''s team in Burlington, ON.

Previous work experience within the Transportation industry in an Administrative/Customer Service role is required for this position.

This is a temporary position until February 2027.

Schedule: Day shift, 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Pay: $21.00/hour Responsibilities: - Communication and following up with shippers/receivers/customs brokers via phone/email - PAPs/PARs - Entering /updating orders and indexing paperwork into TMS - Answering phones - Other duties as required Qualifications:



- Experience in a similar role within the Transportation/Logistics industry - Strong administrative/data entry skills - Experience working with drivers/driver paperwork - Superior customer service skills - High attention to detail - Exceptional organizational skills - Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, Outlook) - Ability to work in a fast-paced setting - Able to work in Burlington, ON Monday to Friday - Flexible with start/end times and able to work weekends if needed Apply now!
