- Assigns work to staff and supports in training delivery.
- Completes all tasks required of a Skate Maintenance associate, includes plowing, Shoveling maintaining ice surface and its surroundings - Diagnoses equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Completes all tasks required for Winter Activities Maintenance associates; includes using rink equipment, floods skating surface, snow removal. This includes the use of various tractor equipment.
- Participates in performance evaluations of frontline staff.
- Assists with record keeping and organization of water taking and water sample taking.
