Sollio Agriculture in New Minas, NS is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the New Minas Feed Mill complex. You will oversee production, inventory, fleet deliveries and safety programs while coordinating with sales, technical support and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective operations. You will drive continuous improvement, maintain solid labour relations under the collective agreement, and lead by example in a noisy, dusty environment with varying weather.
