Key Responsibilities:



• Create and oversee 3D models for visualization and coordination • Identify and address constructability issues during projects • Support coordination meetings and track resolutions • Ensure model compliance with the BIM Execution Plan • Develop models for electrical and mechanical prefabrication

Requirements: • 2-5 years working with VDC/BIM software, particularly Revit • Educational background in architectural, engineering, or BIM disciplines • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, or similar • Demonstrated ability to interpret architectural drawings • Collaborative and strong project management skills
