This role focuses on security and cloud deployments.In this Tier 3 escalation position, you will leverage more than five years of experience in Managed Services to design and deploy cloud-based solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Azure. Your ability to mentor junior engineers and lead root cause analysis will drive long-term improvements across client environments in the Toronto and NJ/NY metro areas.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Tier 3 support for escalated client issues
- Design and deploy Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations
- Troubleshoot various virtualization and storage platforms




- Implement security solutions like Microsoft Defender
- Provide mentoring and support documentation for junior staffRequirements:
