Role Description The Telemarketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, BC. In this position, the specialist conducts outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduces Regal Cleaners Building Maintenance services, and schedules appointments or follow-ups for the sales team. Daily activities include qualifying leads, responding to inquiries, documenting call outcomes, and updating customer information in internal systems.

The role also involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to understand service offerings, support targeted calling campaigns, and ensure a consistent, professional customer experience.



The specialist is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a courteous and respectful approach in all communications.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform lead generation activities, including identifying prospects and qualifying potential clients.
- Solid customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic concerns, and provide clear information.
- Effective communication skills, including confident phone presence, active listening, and clear spoken and written English.
- Sales-related skills, such as persuasive speaking, handling objections, and supporting the sales pipeline.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, call center, or inside sales roles is an asset.
- Comfort working with CRM or call management software, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Reliable attendance, strong time management, and ability to work in an on-site, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is beneficial.

Pay $21.00 per hr plus Commission
