Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings with precision and care
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and upselling products to enhance their experience
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized according to health regulations
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness





Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the food industry
- Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, and food handling techniques is advantageous
- Robust time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations within a restaurant or food industry setting is highly desirable
