We're looking for an experienced individual to support the educational journey of students at BCIT’s Marine Campus. Your role will include instructing both classroom sessions and hands-on workshops while developing curriculum and enhancing program offerings. Emphasis will be placed on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' career readiness. Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to teaching excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions • Supervise practical lab and workshop activities • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback • Develop and enhance course curriculum • Guide students during industry field trips

Requirements: • Valid STCW Motor/Steam Certificate or equivalent • At least five years of industry experience • Proficient written and spoken English skills • Strong communication and collaborative skills • Teaching experience is preferred
