Were looking for a Front-End Supervisor to support our cashier team, keep the front end running smoothly, and help create a welcoming, exceptional experience for every customer at our Vanalman store.

Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service at checkout, including scanning, bagging, assisting with inquiries, returns, and answering phone calls.

Cash Handling: Count and manage cash, process credit card and Barn Bucks gift card transactions, and provide accurate change.

Supervision: Support the front-end team, ensuring exceptional customer service and consistent adherence to company policies.

Training: Train and mentor new cashiers on company policies, service standards, and daily operations Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-end area.

Collaboration:



Work collaboratively with other departments and assist with stocking when needed.

Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience required.

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is an asset.

Previous cash management experience in a retail environment preferred.
