We are searching for a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our rapidly growing team in Burnaby, BC.

Youll use your skills to perform maintenance tasks as well as minor repairs on equipment in a protected and professional manner.

You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of diesel engines and generator / power generation equipment. *NOTE: we are also open to candidates who have specialized experience in HVAC and electrical equipment.

What you''ll do: Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems on a variety of rental gensets and customer equipment and tools.

Report machine condition to Management.

Responsible for service documentation.

Occasional travel to customer sites.

Rotational on-call schedule.

Demonstrate equipment for customers.

Train lower-level technicians as needed.

Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.

Other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience with repairing and maintaining diesel engines or HVAC equipment Intermediate to advanced diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical, hydraulic, diesel,



pneumatic and other systems Strong mechanical background knowledge particularly with various engines Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.

Own the tools applicable to position.

Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.

Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record.

Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
