Hi! Im a mom in Spruce Grove looking for a reliable, caring nanny/sitter for my two kids, ages 9 and 7. I share 50/50 parenting time, so childcare is only needed every other week during my parenting weeks.

My main need is early mornings on school days, approximately 5:30 AM8:30 AM.

Im looking for someone who can come to my home, be there while the kids wake up, help with their morning routine and breakfast, and get them to school/childcare for around 8:30. I may occasionally need help on Saturdays, which would be a longer day.

There may also be the option for some after-school/evening hours in the future depending on my work schedule, but mornings are my main priority right now.

My 9-year-old daughter is pretty independent.

My 7-year-old son is autistic and has ADHD.

He is verbal, independent in most day-to-day activities, and generally does very well with people outside of his immediate family.

His autism may not be immediately apparent when first meeting him,



although he can need some extra patience and support with transitions, emotions and routines.

Once he knows what to expect, he typically does very well with consistency and structure.

Experience with neurodivergent children would be an asset, but most importantly Im looking for someone who is patient, calm, dependable and consistent. A valid drivers licence and reliable transportation are required, as school/childcare drop-off will be part of the job.

Im hoping to find someone long-term who the kids can get comfortable with and who can become a familiar, consistent part of their routine.

Im offering $20/hour to start, with some flexibility depending on experience.
