Job Summary:

The Senior Software Developer role focuses on advanced Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration with complementary technologies such as Adobe AEM, J2EE, OBIEE, and PowerBI. This position requires extensive experience in Siebel modules, report development, and Oracle E-Business applications, emphasizing problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering robust software solutions in complex environments. Responsibilities:

- Translate technical system specifications into functional, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications and write or generate code.
- Compile data-driven programs, maintain software, and conduct unit testing.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues during software operation and implementation.
- Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document applications using structured methodologies.
- Elicit and document requirements from diverse business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Conduct design walkthrough sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Oversee quality assurance from a technical perspective, ensuring project standards are met.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
- 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI and 3+ years with Siebel IP18 configuration and development.
- Experience with Siebel Tools, Open UI architecture, and related Siebel Business Layer objects.




- Siebel 8.x or higher certification.
- Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and Open UI concepts.
- Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts, and Oracle Data Integrator.
- Proven knowledge of Oracle E-Business modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Inventory.
- Experience with data warehouse, ETL methodologies, and OBIEE.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with Grants Management and Public Sector CRM modules.
- Knowledge of middleware, gateways, and rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
- Experience with Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
- Familiarity with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related standards.
- Experience conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business customizations and extensions.
- Knowledge of programming internet-ready applications.
