Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for global money transfer and payment initiatives.Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, process flows, and workflows.Work with stakeholders to assess current-state processes and define target-state solutions.Analyze end-to-end payment flows, customer journeys, and downstream systems.Use
SQL
for data analysis, validation, investigation, and reconciliation.Develop and maintain
Power BI reports and dashboards
to support business insights and decision-making.Support UAT, testing, implementation,



and defect resolution activities.Lead project discussions and coordinate with cross-functional business and technology teams.Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to stakeholders.Must-Have Skills
