strategy, solution design, technical execution, and team leadership .What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Deliver
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital Solutions teamDrive digital initiatives, technical roadmaps and help desk prioritiesPartner with business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goalsLead the rollout, governance, maintenance and security of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and ClaudeDesign and implement scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, eCommerce and data platformsDrive integrations, automation and system optimization across SaaS and on-prem environmentsProvide senior-level technical support for integrations, APIs, automation and AI initiativesTroubleshoot complex system issues and act as a key point of contact during outagesGovernance, Security & Strategy
Support data security, access controls, compliance and operational reliabilityMaintain strong documentation,



change management and security practicesContribute to architectural planning, disaster recovery/business continuity and continuous improvementManage APIs, data integrations and system documentationVendors & Stakeholders
Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners and service providersSupport solution delivery, service evaluations and contract discussionsWork closely with technical and business stakeholders to advance digital initiativesWhat You Bring
5+ years
of experience in digital solutions, data or enterprise applications2+ years
of experience leading or mentoring technical teamsStrong experience with
SQL, API management, data lakes and enterprise SaaS platformsExperience with ERP, CRM, eCommerce and/or WMS systemsExperience with
Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI
is strongly preferredExperience working across hybrid cloud and on-prem environmentsStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teamsIf you’re a technical leader who enjoys turning business needs into
