The successful candidate will be part of a strategic governance body that is accountable to a wide range of stakeholders and will be expected to contribute to the advancement of the institution's mission. This role requires individuals with a proven track record of leadership and expertise in their respective fields, as well as a deep commitment to the principles of good governance, including integrity, sound judgment,



and the ability to engage in high-level strategic discussions.Members of the Board of Governors at the company are appointed for a three-year term, with the possibility of renewal, and serve on a voluntary basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and a sustained commitment to the values of the institution. Given the bilingual nature of the company, a positive understanding of both French and English is essential.
