The CFO will be responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and guidance of the organization's financial resources and administrative functions. This includes overseeing the production of financial and operational data, financial services activities, and the management of facilities, procurement, and distribution. The successful candidate will be expected to build strong relationships with clinical and support service leaders, collaborate with the Board of Directors' Finance and Planning Committee,



and ensure that the hospital has the necessary financial and material resources to meet its strategic objectives.The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a solid background in financial leadership, a graduate degree in a relevant field, and a recognized professional accounting designation. Senior leadership experience in the public or broader public sector, particularly in healthcare, is highly valued. The role requires a leader with sound judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead complex initiatives and systemic change. Proficiency in both French and English is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at working with Boards of Directors, have a solid understanding of governance requirements, and be technically fluent in financial, ERP, and office-based systems.
