The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, developing and executing people strategies that align with business objectives, and fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace culture. This role requires a hands-on HR leader with a strong background in financial services, particularly in the areas of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The Head of HR will also be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, overseeing all core HR functions, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Key responsibilities for the Head of HR include partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development,



as well as leading employee relations initiatives and managing compensation and perks programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, at least 5 years' of progressive HR experience, and a minimum of 2 years' in a leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of Ontario's Employment Standards Act and other relevant employment legislation is essential. The role demands exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
