The successful candidate will be responsible for leading security initiatives, particularly in the context of major organizational transitions. This hands-on position requires a leader who can partner with various teams to drive security strategy, risk management, and compliance initiatives. The role demands a strong background in security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, as well as experience in incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.Applicants for the Head of Information Security and Compliance position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' progressive information security experience, with a proven track record in leadership.



The role requires a deep understanding of security across various domains, including cloud, infrastructure, application security, and identity and access management. Experience in secure application development, security scanning, and secure SDLC practices is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting audits, regulatory compliance, and security assessments, and possess excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. While not mandatory, experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries, as well as security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC, are considered advantageous.
