The Associate Head will be a strategic leader in teaching and learning, responsible for translating the school's strategic priorities into academic practice, and fostering continuous improvement. This role involves leading curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, faculty development, and ensuring alignment with accreditation requirements. The ideal candidate will have significant educational leadership experience, deep knowledge of contemporary educational practices, and a proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.



A team-oriented and emotionally intelligent approach is essential, as is the ability to navigate complex issues and remain connected to the student experience.The Principal for Middle and Senior School will provide visible and relational leadership, championing academic excellence and student experience. They will oversee the IB Middle Years and Diploma Program, lead faculty development, and engage with emerging trends in education. The successful candidate will have a track record of executing a research-informed academic vision, managing change, and building strong relationships with students, staff, and the community. Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills are required, as is a commitment to supporting students and embracing innovation.
