You won''t just operate heavy machineryyou will bend, cut, roll, stamp, and punch raw metal materials, using various industrial presses to transform them into precise, expertly fabricated components that set the baseline for our engineering excellence.

In this role, you will set up and fine-tune equipment, manage production orders to meet targets, and physically handle raw materials throughout the fabrication process.

Advantages $20.00 $21.00/hr (Paid out weekly through Randstad) Monday Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (With potential for overtime) Benefits: Health and Dental Benefits through Securian Responsibilities Bend, cut, roll, stamp, and punch metal components using various industrial presses to fabricate parts for finished products.

Set up, adjust, and fine-tune presses and equipment; immediately escalate machinery malfunctions or repair needs to the Team Lead.

Prioritize job orders to hit production targets and accurately record job transactions directly on work orders.

Enforce safety procedures, work instructions, and the active use and proper condition of all personal protective equipment (PPE) and machine guards.

Assist with moving heavy materials and parts across the floor, and mentor new or less-experienced operators through job-specific training.

Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a production environment operating multiple press machines, with established technical press knowledge.

Solid mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills to take accurate measurements on the floor.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and move materials continuously throughout your shift.





Ability to collaborate seamlessly and perform effectively within a team environment.

Grade 12 education or equivalent.
