Adecco is currently hiring a Receptionist for a full-time opportunity in a retail and hospitality setting in Calgary, AB .

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, merchandising, reception, administration, and point-of-sale (POS) systems who enjoy engaging with customers and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Process sales transactions and operate the POS system.

Support promotions, product launches, and in-store events.

Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Merchandising & Inventory Maintain product displays and merchandising standards.

Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and support inventory counts.

Ensure products are organized and accurately stored.

Reception & Operations Welcome visitors, answer phones, and process customer orders.

Coordinate deliveries and support general administrative tasks.

Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Skills: 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power

Point).

Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an asset.

Retail beverage, food service, hospitality, or CPG experience is an asset.

Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented.

Pro

Serve Certification required.

Ability to lift up to 37 kg (82 lbs.) when required.
