We're looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to continue developing their culinary skills. You'll work with premium Canadian ingredients, quality proteins, fresh seafood, and seasonal products while contributing to a restaurant that values consistency, teamwork, and hospitality.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and execute dishes consistently and efficiently




- Work the grill and hot line, cooking proteins to exact standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive workstation
- Support service during busy periods while maintaining quality
- Assist with daily prep, inventory management, and kitchen organization
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
