Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure quality standards are met. Duties

- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of earthworks construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget targets
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinate all phases of earthworks activities
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for project documentation, tracking, and reporting
- Oversee cost estimating processes including construction estimating and civil design assessments to maintain project profitability
- Manage procurement activities, including bid evaluations and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Implement time management strategies to keep projects on schedule while maintaining flexibility for unforeseen challenges

Experience

- Demonstrated success as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with a strong focus on managing large-scale projects.




- In-depth knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings specific to civil and structural disciplines.
- Essential proficiency in construction management software, including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D.
- Practical experience in construction estimating processes and implementing effective cost control measures.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while adhering to stringent safety standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong emphasis on time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
- Diverse construction experience across sectors such as infrastructure, commercial, and civil projects is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with specific expertise in Civil Construction.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with varied stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is required.
- A PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.

Pay: $140,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
