We are seeking a Property Administrator to provide support to the Property Management Division in day-to-day management of the residential property portfolio. The position supports lease and resident administration, correspondence, reporting, records, work order follow-up, accounting and departmental coordination while ensuring information is accurate, deadlines are met and confidential information is handled with discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
LEASE, RESIDENT & PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION
- Prepare and maintain accurate lease, resident and property documentation, correspondence and records in MRI and other Company systems.
- Support lease administration throughout the tenancy lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, move-ins, move-outs, deadline tracking and required follow-up.
- Assist with arrears administration, including notices, and coordination with Property Managers and Accounting.
- Prepare and organize documentation for RTDRS matters, evictions, collections and other tenancy-related matters as directed.
- Coordinate resident inquiries, work orders and property-related matters with site teams and Maintenance, including required documentation, follow-up and escalation to management.
REPORTING & DEPARTMENTAL SUPPORT
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Property Management and Property Managers.
- Prepare vacancy, leasing, renewal, arrears and other operational reports,
and collect required information from site teams.
- Maintain departmental tracking systems, calendars, checklists and deadlines; follow up on outstanding items and escalate overdue or incomplete matters as required.
- Assist with meetings, inspections, portfolio reviews, current-property onboarding, property transitions and other departmental projects.

- Maintain departmental procedures, templates, forms and administrative resources, and support consistent administrative practices across the residential portfolio.
- Provide backup coverage, participate in cross-training and work cooperatively with employees and departments to support operational continuity.

- Perform other administrative and Property Management-related duties as assigned.
ACCOUNTING SUPPORT
- Assist the Property Accountant and Property Managers with information necessary to ensure month-end reporting is completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with tenant rent collection and vendor invoice and coding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Property Management or a related field is considered an asset.
Required Experience:
- Previous administrative experience is required; residential property management and lease administration experience are strongly preferred.
- Experience with MRI or similar property management software and knowledge of Alberta residential tenancy processes are considered assets.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes and responsibilities.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $56,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
