Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients’ homes, ensuring each space is spotless, organized, and welcoming. Duties

- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Handle laundry and linen services with care and efficiency
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal workflow
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete assigned homes on time




- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Provide friendly, professional customer service that fosters trust and satisfaction

Requirements

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments daily
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and household organization
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
