We are looking for a Business Planner to help organize business initiatives, coordinate projects, and keep teams aligned. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, analytical, and enjoys helping projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

- Help with business plans, priorities, and ongoing initiatives
- Coordinate projects, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables
- Organize meetings, follow-ups, and action items
- Work with different teams to gather information and support project needs
- Help identify potential issues and keep projects moving forward
- Assist with process improvements, training, and internal communications
- Maintain project information, documentation, and updates

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in business planning, project coordination, business analysis, or a related area
- Degree, diploma,



or certification in Business, Commerce, Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Able to work with different teams and communicate clearly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with process improvement or software evaluation is an asset

Work Arrangement

The first 3 months will be fully onsite, Monday to Friday. After the probation period, the position may move to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and up to 2 days remote, based on manager approval.
