We run an online auction store in South Etobicoke. This role is hands-on and fast-paced: you’ll open and inspect items, take clear photos, label and organize inventory. You’ll also do light data entry and follow a consistent process to help us meet daily production targets.

What You’ll Do

- Open, inspect, and verify items (condition, completeness, accessories, etc.)
- Take clear product photos using a phone and basic lighting setup
- Use a smartphone to enter item details and publish accurate listings (title, photos, condition notes, specs, and category).
- Label items, organize inventory, and keep work areas tidy.
- Perform light data entry and basic troubleshooting when needed
- Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily targets (typically 100-120 items/day)

Requirements

- Confident with smartphones (apps, camera, typing) and basic computer tasks; able to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a repeatable process




- Able to lift and move 40-50 lbs safely
- Able to stand/walk and work with items continuously throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Basic English communication skills (written and spoken)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Marketplace, eBay, Kijiji, etc.)
- Experience with marketing, social media, or promoting products online (not a dealbreaker).
- Warehouse, retail, receiving, or inventory experience
