We're looking for a skilled Trenchless Superintendent to join our team. This important role will support our Trenchless / Lining crews with complex projects, customer relationships, forecasting, and problem solving.

Key Qualifications

· A minimum of 7 years’ experience in trenchless installations, including mainline CIPP up to 24", service reinstatements, lateral installations by Tee liner and various spot repairs, manhole repairs, and other trenchless work.

· A minimum of 4 years' experience supervising crews.

· Strong commitment to safety.

· Valid BC Class 5 Drivers’ license, experience pulling trailers considered an asset.





Key Duties

· Mentors and supports trenchless crews to complete quality work (including pre-install work, manhole repairs, and rehab projects), ensuring they have everything they need to get the job done.

· Liaises with customers and project managers.

· Regularly involved with hiring and training of staff.

· Ensures all necessary site documentation is completed (timesheets, toolbox talks, site reports, slips, etc.)
