Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who excels with technology enjoys solving logistics problems.

As a key member of our operations team, you will work alongside our warehouse team to perform and coordinate receiving, staging, and delivery while supporting our purchasing, scheduling, and installation team members. Duties

- Follow standard procedures and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming products and materials.
- Stage materials for deliveries, installation crews, and customer pickups.
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and material transfers.
- In collaboration with purchasing, track product availability and communicate status updates to sales and operations teams.
- Work with purchasing coordinator and sales staff to resolve shipment issues, shortages, damages, and backorders.
- Manage inventory and warehouse records within company software system.
- Identify process improvements.
- Troubleshoot inventory, logistics, and workflow issues independently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

- Reliable with references to support.
- Warehouse or logistics experience of 2+ years.
- Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.




- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in flooring, construction, building materials, or home improvement industries is an asset.
- Experience with RFMS or similar inventory/ERP software.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), moving items safely, and operate equipment forklifts or pallet jacks (certification is a plus).

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
