Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Cook menu items according to standardized recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, including proper food handling and storage practices
- Support the kitchen team by performing basic cooking tasks, such as chopping, assembling, and plating dishes
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure health regulations are consistently met




- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
- Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating effectively with team members and maintaining a professional attitude

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant work preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in meal preparation
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
