Super Spotless Building Maintenance Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to help expand our commercial cleaning and building maintenance business throughout the Okanagan.

The successful candidate will generate new business opportunities through door-to-door business visits, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit local businesses to introduce our commercial cleaning services
- Make daily cold calls to prospective clients
- Create and send professional sales and follow-up emails
- Identify qualified leads and schedule building walk-throughs
- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, facility managers, and decision-makers
- Follow up on proposals and maintain regular communication with prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, visits, leads, and appointments
- Meet weekly and monthly sales activity targets
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and target new markets

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales, business development, cold calling,



or door-to-door sales is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
- Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, or property management sales is an asset
