Duties

- Assist licensed pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and placing orders for supplies
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Verify prescriptions, enter patient information into pharmacy systems, and ensure proper documentation
- Support medication administration processes by preparing labels and organizing medication carts
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations




- Conduct routine cleaning and organization of the pharmacy area to uphold safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role is advantageous
- Solid understanding of medical terminology related to medications and treatments
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to customer service
- Ability to learn medication administration procedures and pharmacy software systems
- Basic organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and record keeping
- Must be able to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team environment

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
