OG Café is hiring Cafeteria Cook/Attendant!

Ideal candidate:

- Has a strong interest in culinary and hospitality- Be positive and has a willingness to learn.- Be able to work independently and in a team workplace

- Must take the health and safety of their team members and guests seriously.

Some Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Set up and stock kitchen and cafeteria stations with all necessary food, ingredients, supplies, utensils, and equipment before and during service.

- Prepare, cook, portion, and serve menu items according to established recipes, specifications, training, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and served simultaneously, consistently, and in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate inventory by receiving, storing, counting, rotating, and properly handling food and supplies to minimize waste.

- Maintain clean,



organized, and sanitary kitchen and cafeteria service areas while complying with food safety, nutrition, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

-Assist with cafeteria service, catering, opening and closing procedures, and other food service duties as required, including operating kitchen and cafeteria equipment.

**Minimum 1-2 years cooking experience in a full service restaurant required
