Team Member – Tasks and Responsibilities

- Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.
- Uses the Point of Sale (POS) system/cash register to record orders, process payments, and provide accurate change.
- Organizes Prepares and coordinates catering orders with the kitchen team to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time completion.
- Ensures Products are stocked in the frontline unit area before and after business rushes.
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and cleanup.
- Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Understands Adheres to all quality standards, recipes, formulas, and procedures as outlined in the Mezza Lebanese Restaurant Group Operations Manual.




- Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Mezza Lebanese Restaurant Group Operations Manual.
- Works Collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
