This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and mentoring employees, and has a strong background in operations, sales, and customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Associate Regional Manager, you'll oversee multiple locations, support employees, improve performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop teams across 3 locations
- Oversee daily operations and ensure locations are running efficiently
- Drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities
- Monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement company initiatives and operational best practices
- Hold teams accountable to performance goals and service standards
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members
- Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews
- Build relationships within the local business community through networking and business development activities
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity
- Ensure locations remain clean, safe, and customer-focused
- Support customer inquiries and resolve escalated service issues when required
- Complete reporting, performance tracking, and administrative responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Qualifications





- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, retail management, sales management, customer service, or a similar environment
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and business results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business software applications
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel regularly between locations within the region

Pay: $44,500.00-$46,000.00 per year
