ARK Home Improvements is a growing renovation and construction company looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to help generate new residential leads and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

- Generate new renovation and construction leads
- Find potential customers through social media, networking, referrals, local outreach, and other marketing methods
- Respond to phone, email, website, and social media inquiries
- Qualify leads and schedule estimates/site visits
- Follow up with potential customers and previous estimates
- Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, property managers, and other referral partners
- Assist with social media and local marketing
- Create straightforward project posts, photos, videos, and promotional content
- Track leads, follow-ups, and results

Qualifications

- Sales,



marketing, lead-generation, or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable finding new customers
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Construction or home-renovation experience is an asset

Compensation & Schedule

- Part-time / flexible schedule
- Hourly/base pay + commission OR commission-based compensation
- Performance bonuses available based on leads and sales generated
- Opportunity to earn more as sales increase

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
