Join our dynamic construction team as a Drywall Installer and Drywall Finisher, where you'll play a vital role in transforming spaces through expert drywall installation and finishing. Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, install, and secure drywall panels according to project plans and specifications
- Finish drywall surfaces by taping, sanding, applying joint compound, and smoothing for a seamless appearance
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout and material requirements
- Perform construction painting, caulking, and minor carpentry tasks to prepare surfaces for final finishes
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations and repairs




- Conduct quality inspections to ensure drywall is properly aligned, smooth, and meets safety standards
- Assist with handyman tasks such as patching, sealing joints, and applying texture finishes as needed

Experience

- Prior construction experience with drywall installation or finishing preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
- Basic knowledge of construction painting, caulking, carpentry, and blueprint reading is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with drywall materials including sheets, tape, joint compound, and finishing tools
- Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites and proper use of hand tools and power equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Demonstrated handyman experience or general construction background is a plus
