Job Title: Skilled Builder / Framing Technician – Greenhouse Construction

We're expanding our Calgary crew and need a skilled builder with solid framing experience to join us on an active greenhouse project.

What You'll Be Doing

- Framing and installing gable walls on commercial greenhouse structures
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately using a skill saw and standard carpentry tools
- Reading layouts and working from site measurements
- Working at heights using ladders, lifts, and fall protection
- Working alongside our lead techs to keep the job on schedule and built right the first time
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For





- Proven framing or carpentry experience (residential, commercial, or agricultural)
- Confident and safe with a skill saw and common power tools
- Able to measure and cut accurately and work to spec
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in changing weather
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and stand for full shifts
- Reliable, on time, and able to take direction
- Steel-toe boots required

Assets

- Greenhouse or agricultural structure experience
- Fall protection certification
- Valid driver's licence and own transportation
- Own hand tools
