Duties

- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting that encourages exploration and learning
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Provide attentive caregiving by attending to children’s basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and comfort
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities,



through tailored teaching strategies and accommodations
- Foster positive relationships with children to build trust and encourage social interaction
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to monitor progress and address individual developmental goals
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations, and developmental milestones

Requirements

- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to provide nurturing care while maintaining safety standards
- Classroom experience demonstrating effective behavior management techniques
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred
