As our showroom and e-commerce business continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Warehouse & Shipping position supporting our showroom and growing e-commerce business.

You’ll join a small, dedicated warehouse team where every employee plays an important role and has a direct impact on the success of our operation.

Unlike a large distribution centre, our warehouse focuses on receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping premium lighting products. Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are far more important than forklift experience.

Your day will typically be split between hands-on warehouse work and computer-based shipping and logistics tasks. You will prepare shipments through UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and freight carriers, create shipping labels, update inventory, track shipments, and communicate with carriers and suppliers.

This is also a physically active position requiring regular lifting, carrying, and moving of cartons weighing up to 50 lbs.

Experience handling lighting, furniture, appliances, home décor, or other fragile products is considered an asset.

Duties include:

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Prepare UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and freight shipments
- Create shipping labels and shipping documentation




- Update shipping and inventory information using company software
- Track shipments and communicate with courier companies when required
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate warehouse locations
- Load, unload, move, and organize cartons throughout the warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Help identify and prevent shipping and inventory errors

What You'll Bring:

- 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, or logistics experience
- Experience preparing shipments through UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or similar courier systems is an asset
- Comfortable using a computer throughout the day
- Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Positive spoken and written English to communicate clearly with carriers and suppliers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, organized, dependable, and punctual
- Able to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing both computer-based tasks and hands-on warehouse work
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Please note: Experience operating forklifts or other heavy warehouse equipment is not required for this position.

Schedule & Pay:

- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays (as needed)
- $21–$23/hour (based on experience)
- Benefits after 3 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
