Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a part time Budtender, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of our store. You’ll help support the team on the floor and ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role in the cannabis space. Hours start at 15- 18 hrs/week , mainly evenings & weekends with ample opportunity to pick up shifts.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Educate customers on product usage, effects, and benefits to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
- Process customer orders and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and store presentation





Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Passion for the cannabis industry with a willingness to learn about new products and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships.
- Must be 19+ with CannSell certification
- Must obtain a background check at time of hire
