Qualifications and Competencies:

- Minimum 1–5 years of experience (3+ years preferred).
- Law degree from an accredited Canadian law school or equivalent educational requirements, and membership in positive standing with a provincial law society.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare and review agreements, and written legal advice.
- Client-focused and detail-oriented,



with sound professional judgment and the ability to identify practical solutions, manage due diligence, and move matters efficiently toward completion.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple solicitor files, transaction timelines, client expectations, and closing deadlines while collaborating effectively with lawyers and support staff.

Compensation & Hours:

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Regular full-time position with working hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM subject to change from time to time. We provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, critical illness, long term disability, vacation and sick time advantages.
