About the Role

Join us as a Flat Roofing Estimator and play a key role in preparing accurate project cost estimates and competitive bids for flat roofing projects. This role is ideal for someone detail-focused who understands roofing or construction costing and enjoys working directly with project teams, vendors, and clients.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

✅ Analyze drawings, specifications, and on-site conditions
✅ Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals/bids
✅ Review supplier and subcontractor quotes to assemble competitive pricing
✅ Collaborate with Project Managers, clients,



and the operations team
✅ Maintain updated cost databases, vendor pricing, and estimate revisions
✅ Support project handoff once bids are awarded

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

Experience in roofing or construction estimating (flat roofing preferred)
Proficiency with estimating software (construction/roofing costing tools)
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
Ability to work accurately under tight bidding deadlines
