Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product selections
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform accurate cash handling and balancing at the end of shifts
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive communication




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes and minimal wait times

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially with POS systems and cash handling
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, or technical sales is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $18.25-$29.11 per hour
