Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Landscape Forman and Workers to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring that landscapes are healthy, functional, and visually stunning. As a key member of our landscaping crew, you will work closely with supervisors to execute landscape projects efficiently while demonstrating leadership and teamwork. Duties

- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of landscape features including lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and hardscape elements
- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems with safety and precision
- Support irrigation system installation and troubleshooting to ensure optimal water distribution
- Perform gardening tasks like planting, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, and weed control to promote healthy growth
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscape projects on schedule while adhering to safety standards




- Supervise or assist in supervising junior workers or apprentices to ensure quality work and proper techniques
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks including edging, aerating, fertilizing, and pest control

Experience

- Prior experience in landscaping or horticulture is highly desirable; construction experience is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of irrigation systems and garden management practices
- Proven leadership or supervising experience in outdoor or construction settings
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques and plant care principles
- Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
