Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to maintain strata sites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and landscape maintenance, with the ability to perform a variety of gardening and maintenance-related tasks. Responsibilities
- Truck inventory daily, safety practices for industry standards, drive to regular sites weekly and perform all relevant maintenance duties with crew , to and include cutting lawns , bed maintenance edging , blowing hedge trimming. This position will be moving forward to lead hand
Skills
- Proficiency in gardening techniques and horticulture principles is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment such as Lawn mowers , edgers , hedge trimmers, blowers and driving company trucks
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for planting, trimming,
or minor construction tasks
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary .This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor environments who possess a mix of horticultural expertise and mechanical skills. this is a long term position with room for advancement quickly with proven skills required and a company vehicle available to the right candidate, we are a year around company with snow removal and salting services when the weather dictates .

Pay: $23.00-$38.00 per hour
